Price reflects the items on the sheet!
If you had a flat colored front view and back view, it would be considered 2 flat colored full bodies
As you add details to the sheet the price increases with the items addedIf there's only a slight change like an outfit it wouldn't be the full base price
(Example: one full body flat colors and one alternate outfit flat colors would be $45+ 50% for the alternate outfit. however if the outfit or change is simple price may fluctuate. This will be discussed ahead of time.)However if the outfit is fully detailed and needs a lot of work it will be charged accordingly.The addition of text can be done if asked for no extra cost; same goes for adding a color palette if requested

Simple fill colors or patterns are free
Complex backgrounds including scenes will have a fee applied dependent on complexityI can do both interior and exterior backgrounds

Extra Detailed Characters:
If your character has a lot of details or has complicated design a fee will be applied depending on complexity

Base price for a design commission depends on controlIf you would prefer me to simply go wild without input the price starts at 50$ for a flat color full body and $70 for shadingIf you want more control over the design base price starts at 60$ for a flat color full body and 80$ for shadingAll Design commissions will be done with a clean line style not sketch for clarity of design

✧ORDER PROCESS✧


Complete info are considered first. Please make sure to give me the details and references needed!References Can be full color, Black and white or well written descriptions, if you reference is unclear I will ask you to clarify.
Clearer the reference the sooner your commission is completed.Only pay AFTER I confirm your commission. Any payment before I accept your commission will be considered a donation. (if you DO just wanna donate I have a kofi!)To order there's a few methods!

This option is really only available for those who already have me on discord or are in a shared server, I do not give my discord out.You can also send me a DM on Bluesky; however as Bluesky doesn't allow image sharing in DMs I will ask you to email me references and use email as the main communication.

✧PAYMENT✧

I accept Paypal , please have money before hand.Commissions will not be started unless I receive full payment (exceptions may apply).It is expected that you pay 100% of the price before I start. No exceptions unless otherwise stated.Payment must be made within 48 hours unless otherwise stated. If payment is not made in a timely manner, commission will be canceled.If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge extra. This will be stated before you send the money. You may switch out the character if you do not want to pay for detailed charges.If a commissioner repeatedly commissions me and fails to pay they will be blacklisted.I will Invoice you the charge. Please do not send payment in other means but the invoice I send.

✧PAYPAL RULES✧

Payment is handled with Invoices, You have 48 hours to pay the invoice before the commission is canceled. There are exceptions but those will be discussed on a case by case basis.You MUST include the statement I provided below in your order. If you don't, I will not accept your commission.
Statement: "I, USERNAME, accept your terms of service/policies and I verify that the commission I am purchasing is 100% voluntary. I understand that there are absolutely no refunds."If you wish to tip (some people do), you may add it to your payment through PayPal. I sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart for valuing and appreciating artists' work.

✧COMMUNICATION✧You may always email me for a WIP (Work In Progress) of your commission. If we are communicating on discord, tumblr ect, I may occasionally shoot you a WIP without prompting.
I am not in charge of sending WIPs unless asked for or I feel the need to. I typically will send a WIP without prompting for the sketch phase, then again with lines if the piece is lined, once lines are approved typically I will color and not send another wip unless I need clarification on a detail. Things like colored sketches typically only have the WIP of the sketch, any adjustments, and then it's finished.You may make requests for edits during the sketching phase, but once approved I will not make extreme edits. At the sketching stage, you can change whatever you want to your liking. However please keep in mind I am only human; if you o not articulate properly I cannot read your mind on edits. please know what you want ahead of time. Making me redraw the same piece multiple times is not something I'm particularly a fan of and may lessen chances of further acceptance of orders in the future. If you need to have over 10 edits, a 10% fee will be added to your commission.After the sketching stage, you have the chance to have me make minor changes in the line art stage, and only color adjustments in the coloring stage. I will not make huge changes once the linework is done.No Fuss Commissions do not have detailed communication and no WIPS. This is a risk you take on ordering this type of commission.Rude/disrespectful/abusive commissioners will have their commission immediately canceled with a refund based on how much of the artwork was completed already.If I need an extension or have something unexpected come up where it does not allow me to work on your commission for a long period of time, I will email you to let you know.

✧CUSTOMER SATISFACTION✧
Any mistakes made on my behalf (e.g. misread description, missed a detail, etc) I will correct free of charge. However if the mistake is as a result of insufficient information or not mentioned to me when I accepted your commission, I am not obliged to correct or change anything for you.If however, you wish to request for a significant change (a mistake that isn't on my behalf) I may or may not change it for you. If I happen to accept your request, there will be a fee depending on how big the change is. (20%-50% of the original price)Under no circumstances will I ever redraw an entire commission.Please state everything clearly and in full detail when ordering as I do it exactly as stated. If you insist on a redraw no matter what, you will simply have to commission me again.No Fuss Commissions do not include edits. If you wish to have edits done you will need to pay the extra to have adjustments made.

✧DEADLINES AND REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS✧
You may set a deadline if you wish, but it must be reasonable. I am working full time and have chronic illness; so I do not have 24/7 to work on your art piece. Maximum time I need to finish a digital commission could take up to 3 months.If you need your finished piece quickly and wish for your commission to be PRIORITY, there will be a fee depending on how fast you want it done.Commissioners can receive a full refund if I have not started your commission at all.You may cancel your commission after I started, but the refund amount will depend on how much I have completed. I will still send the incomplete art piece over.
If I have completed the piece already, there are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.

✧PERMISSIONS AND COPYRIGHT✧

I have full rights over my artwork. Regardless of you being the commissioner, the art still belongs to me.The commissioner is never permitted to edit/modify, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use for advertising. All artworks are PERSONAL use only. If you want an artwork for commercial use, there is a fee. Please state so in the beginning of the commission.If this commission piece is restricted and you do not want me to post anywhere, please say so in the beginning. This will result in a fee. FEE: 30% of commission total.These commissions are not permitted to be posted on public websites under any circumstances. If I am not allowed to post the commission, neither are you.Once a commission is made private, it applies to both the artist, me, and the commissioner. This refers as well to if you ask me to remove the artwork from my gallery as that is my online portfolio. you will be charged the Privatization Fee per piece removed.If for some reason, you want to "un-private" your commission, just send me a note stating so. However, there are no refunds of the fee. The fee still counts for the period of time it was private.If the artwork commissioned by you is to be posted somewhere for personal use (e.g. tumblr, fb, twitter, etc), please credit me somewhere visible with a link that redirects others back to my Deviantart or Tumblr. Captions such as 'Credits to BittyBattyBunny at DA' or 'Credits to Bittbattybunny on tumblr' DOES NOT COUNT. You MUST provide a direct link back to me. Heck if you wanna post I'll even watermark the image for you and resize it for ease of sharing just ask me in advance!It is your responsibility to save the image after I have sent you the link. I like to periodically clear my sta.sh, gallery, and computer, therefore, if you do not save the image, I will not be able to retrieve it for you.My artwork, characters, concept work may not be used in any form or part of the process for creation of NFTs. This means if I design you a character, no NFT of them. My artwork cannot be used as an NFT. Nothing. Nada. I will not be part of anything pertaining to NFT creation!Do not use my art for AI training, I will never consent to this, do not use it for such things, I do not like AI or AI artworks, you may not use a commission received from me for AI artwork, if I find you have you will be blacklisted and I will warn other artists about said behavior.

✧Adoptable Terms of Service✧Purchasing one of my designs means you have read and agreed to my T.O.S.
This includes both the below T.O.S. as well as my main T.O.S..
I reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone.
